Each player may hold only one registered account at p33. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds held therein.
All deposits and withdrawals at p33 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p33 login credentials. p33 will never ask for your password. Any unauthorised access should be reported to support immediately.
p33 provides deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Problem gambling support is available through our support team.
By accessing or using any part of the p33 platform — including browsing, registering, depositing, or placing any wager — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the p33 online gaming and sports betting platform, available at p33.bio and any related mobile-accessible URLs operated by p33.
1.2 p33 provides online sports betting (including cricket betting on PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, ODIs, and other events), live casino games, slot titles, and instant-win games. All services are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
1.3 These Terms apply to all registered and unregistered users who access any part of the p33 platform. Continuing to use the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
1.4 p33 may publish additional rules, game-specific terms, or promotional terms that apply alongside these Terms. In the event of conflict, these Terms take precedence unless a specific supplement expressly states otherwise.
2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for or use any p33 service. p33 does not permit access to underage individuals under any circumstances.
2.2 You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting in a business capacity.
2.3 You represent and warrant that your use of p33 complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location before registering or placing any wager.
2.4 p33 reserves the right to refuse registration to, or suspend the account of, any individual who does not satisfy or who misrepresents their eligibility.
2.5 Employees, contractors, and agents of p33, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming or wagering through the platform.
3.1 You may open only one (1) registered account at p33. Any duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts are prohibited. p33 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and to void all transactions — including withdrawals — associated with duplicate registrations.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 p33 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport — before your account is verified, before withdrawals are processed, or at any other time at p33's discretion.
3.4 Until KYC verification is completed, p33 may impose restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay. p33 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such restrictions where they result from your failure to provide required documentation in a timely manner.
3.5 You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. p33 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email or support chat.
3.6 You must notify p33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. p33 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain credential security or failed to notify p33 promptly.
4.1 All transactions on the p33 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Supported methods may change at p33's discretion.
4.2 Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. p33 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account restricted pending investigation.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your p33 account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. p33 may require additional documentation to process withdrawal requests exceeding certain PKR thresholds.
4.5 Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. p33 will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network conditions beyond its control.
4.6 p33 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or refuse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC review, or a breach of these Terms.
4.7 Funds held in your p33 PKR balance do not accrue interest. Deposited funds that remain unused for extended periods may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with p33's Inactive Account Policy, details of which are available on request from the support team.
5.1 All sports bets and casino wagers placed on p33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market, game, or event. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's information panel or market detail page.
5.2 Once a sports bet is confirmed and accepted by p33, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Acceptance is confirmed by the issuance of a bet reference number.
5.3 p33 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed — with or without notice — where: (a) there is evidence of system error; (b) odds or game parameters were published in error; (c) the bet was placed after the relevant event or game outcome was known; or (d) the bet is suspected to form part of fraudulent or collusive activity.
5.4 Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event and are displayed at the time of bet placement. p33 is not obligated to honour any payout in excess of published limits, regardless of the mathematical outcome of the wager.
5.5 In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional rules, including the possibility of suspension, settlement delays, and temporary unavailability during critical match phases. p33 is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions that prevent bet placement during live markets.
6.1 p33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time of each promotion.
6.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
6.3 p33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses will not be awarded retroactively for wagers placed before a promotion was active in your account.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies specifically to convert bonus funds — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
8.1 p33 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all registered account holders: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).
8.2 Players may activate any responsible gaming tool at any time through their account settings or by contacting p33 support. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within a reasonable timeframe and will prevent the player from accessing or depositing to their account for the elected period.
8.3 p33 encourages any player who believes their gambling has become problematic to make immediate use of the self-exclusion tool and to seek independent support from appropriate organisations.
8.4 p33 is strictly an 18+ platform. Suspected underage accounts will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any real-money activity during the period of suspected underage access may be void.
9.1 All content on the p33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, and database rights — is owned by or licensed to p33 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p33 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any p33 content without express written permission.
9.3 The p33 name, logo, and all associated marks are the property of p33. Use of any p33 mark without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p33, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds or winnings; (b) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages; (c) loss of data; (d) interruption of service; or (e) any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
10.2 p33's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 p33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond p33's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes p33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
11.1 p33 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the p33 platform you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 p33 may share your information with third-party payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to operate the platform. p33 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
12.1 p33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the p33 website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
12.2 Where an amendment is material — in p33's sole judgement — p33 may provide notice through a platform notification or email to your registered address. It remains your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms creates or implies any representation that p33's services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to ascertain and comply with local laws.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the p33 platform, you agree to contact p33 support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution before commencing any formal proceedings.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with p33 support within a reasonable period, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with p33's arbitration procedures, details of which are available from the support team.
